After months of warnings, a recent UN-backed report offered hard statistical evidence that the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza is turning into a man-made famine.

It has increased the pressure on Israel to fulfil its legal responsibilities to protect Palestinian civilians, and to allow adequate supplies of humanitarian aid to reach the people who need it.

The UN’s most senior human rights official, Volker Türk, said in a BBC interview that Israel bore significant blame, and that there was a “plausible” case that Israel was using starvation as a weapon of war in Gaza.

Mr Türk, who is the UN high commissioner for human rights, said that if intent was proven, that would amount to a war crime.

Israel’s economy minister, Nir Barkat, a senior politician in Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party, dismissed Mr Türk’s warnings as “total nonsense - a totally irresponsible thing to say”.

Yeah man! Israelis are pretty good with music and trance! Gotta say I love my American brothers, hell yeah freedom!

I understand your vision but I do not agree with everything because everything you see on the media is the opposite, many people are brainwashed and I’m not saying you are, but the social media is a weapon to bring hate.

I’m not going to explain the whole story because it’s a lot.

I live with muslims, christians and other religions groups in peace, Im actually a security guard in one of the hospitals in Israel, I work with muslims and some of them are my friends, I don’t know what the media is saying of how Israelis treat other religions groups, but you should come and see how beautiful and fine israel is.

By past history, Israel has tried to make peace with the Palestinians, their government has failed them and used them for their own benefits, teaching their children to be jihadists so they will die for the sake of nothing.

I served in the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), I treated everyone in respect and dignity, for those who deserved it. I have seen the horrors that the Palestinians had to endure due to their corrupted government.

The people have been forgotten by their own government, who is coruppted and full of evil.

The day that the Israelis and the Palestinians will live together in peace, is when their government will finally put their weapons down and ask for peace.

That is my own prespective, and I respect others.
