Yeah. I don’t think that the pic is AI generated or anything, but I think that maybe their camera filter was doing some teeth fuckery trying to “enhance” the image.

As an aside, go buy a real camera. One with a changeable lens. Cellphones at one time were edging towards DSLR territory in terms of quality, but they dropped that in favor of post processing, beautification filters, and ugly-ass faux HDR. Go buy a real camera, you’ll get a lot more out of it than the bullshit Apple and Samsung are shoving at you.
