For me right now it’s coffee. I don’t mind it, it brings me joy.

I used to be a heavy smoker. I’ve stopped somewhere around 8 years ago, but every now and then I feel like I could really use a cigarette.

    Inline skating, it is fun and the best exercise I found to maintain my body.

    The balance, flexibility and stability required fixes my postures and muscle imbalance anywhere from my feet to the neck.

    Having my phone in my face 24 fucking 7. I take breaks every hour I’m up to 25 minute breaks per hour

        I know thank you it’s the only way I could do it was like increments of 10 minutes
