For me right now it’s coffee. I don’t mind it, it brings me joy.
I used to be a heavy smoker. I’ve stopped somewhere around 8 years ago, but every now and then I feel like I could really use a cigarette.
Inline skating, it is fun and the best exercise I found to maintain my body.
The balance, flexibility and stability required fixes my postures and muscle imbalance anywhere from my feet to the neck.
