It’s actually going well. My effortpost had the exact results I expected it to on lemmy (didn’t read but here’s a nitpick of your wording your post is wrong and stupid) but I don’t effortpost for them, I do it for myself (and maybe for you guys when you enjoy reading what I have to say)
I should mention that the bulk of my time isn’t online. It’s boring to the outside world raising a little guy but it’s fun.

I haven’t even gone back since except to see one guy pedantically picking apart points while missing my point. Lemmy isn’t that interesting to begin with, fighting with redditors only makes it less interesting
Yea true. Whenever I post something on Reddit which I end up regretting because it gets too much negative feedback I just fucking forget about it and don’t even bother looking back at it
