Microsoft says the Cortana, Tips, and WordPad applications will be automatically removed on systems upgraded to the upcoming Windows 11 24H2 release.

Okay, I never used Cortana but Wordpad was a nice and easy way to edit and write RTF files. The Ribbon UI imho killed the usefulness of it.
That kind of sucks, Wordpad was my go-to for quick edits of things, it’s so much better than “new” notepad. I have Notepad++ and while good I just don’t think it’s a replacement for Wordpad.
