minus-squareOwner_of_donkyOPlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up3·10 months agoI think this is more for cardio. Not much muscules are gained. Cardio should be a part of your training but forgetting about the muscules is not ideal. Unless you are training to be professional athlete I guess

I think this is more for cardio. Not much muscules are gained. Cardio should be a part of your training but forgetting about the muscules is not ideal. Unless you are training to be professional athlete I guess
