          Men don’t belong in women’s spaces no matter how they identify. This man couldn’t have murdered her if he wasn’t in the wrong ward.

          You’re right that men are dangerous. They belong in men’s spaces, even if they feel like women

    The clinic definitely failed the victim but I doubt anyone will be held criminally responsible.

    Hopefully security protocols are improved and lessons learnt.
