Apparently someone made a fraudulent transaction, but it’s OK they stopped it and I just need to call them so they can process my refund.

For clarity, the receipt is fake, that’s the ruse lol. They want me to think it’s real so I call the number and ask for a refund. Which they will be happy to process for me in exchange for a small fee of some sort.
