My heart and my joints. I’m on meds for my heart. Sometimes my hip joint will partially come out and I have to do this little dance to get it back into place. It makes this loud click sound when it does. Can be really painful to walk on the affected side

POTS and cardioinhibitory syncope. Both stem from genetic abnormalities. The first one is severe enough that my heart rate has been as high as 260 bpm, the second one is severe enough that my heart stopped for a few moments during a tilt table test. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone but ivabradine has been an absolute godsend

I’m managing things so much better since I got my prescription of ivabradine! I have the hypovolemic type of POTS meaning my blood volume is abnormally low and because of that my perfusion is also low which makes my heart freak out. Ivabradine not only slows my heart it also makes each heartbeat stronger so more blood can be effectively pumped around my body

I still have to be wary about standing still for too long and I still have to consume massive amounts of salt on a regular basis to keep my blood volume up otherwise I become a cold shaking mess. On the plus side I never have to worry about getting high blood pressure!

New testicular pain isn’t something to ignore, if it keeps happening. Like for more than a few days, sort of thing. Even if it’s only every 3 days or whatever.

It could be partial torsion causing a pinching of the blood supply or something, which can lead to losing the nut. If you catch it early, it’s a relatively minor thing to fix.

(Disclaimer: I don’t have male anatomy, I’ve just read several books about ED and penis functionality/misfuntionality written by wiener doctors because the male body is interesting and foreign. They all agree on that one point; don’t ignore ball pain. At worst you learn it’s nothing to be concerned about, and that’s also valuable information.)

I started a new job recently that’s much more physically demanding than I’m used to. Unpacking stock, lots of lifting.

Normally I’d expect it would be my back giving me grief, but it seems it’s my elbow. Seems like Tennis Elbow, it only hurts when I move, but even small things like my phone cause me pain.

It’s mostly gone away, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it rears up again. I’m playing it as safe as I can and doing lots of stretches and stuff.

On the bright side, when I finally get used to it I expect to be in the best shape of my life

My brain. It sucks not knowing whether I’m being irrationally hard on myself or being truthful and in the realm of reality for criticism.

Um? My whole body? I don’t really understand this question. All my body parts have issues. I wouldn’t say they’re causing problems, though. I have an illness that causes problems, my body is doing the best it can. Never blame your body for experiencing pain. It’s not its fault.

My back, eternally. But really all my connective tissue. Just had a test recently that indicates some issue like EDS, but I haven’t followed up.

I keep asking to pull muscles in my shoulders right now. I keep working on the car and in the garden then not letting it rest when I hurt myself. It’s probably my own fault.
