Basically people upload a picture of their butt nuggets and the rest of the community rates it out of 10 according to quality and size.

I once heard a story about a guy who put up ‘rate my poo’ on a hotel computer and just left it up on the lobby, and when he came back like 4 hours later, he saw that around 12 turds or something had been rated in his absence.
