    This could be a funny question or a serious question

    1. Coffee helps me focus

    2. Making a list, and working off that list, helps me resemble a normal functioning human being. Basically a ticket system for my day.

    3. Good sleep

    4. Food! Different food can help me feel sharp, and keep me on track.

    5. Bad food - Beer (obviously bad), Sugar, donuts, etc… will make me fell dull and forgetful.

      1. Is a GREAT one. I think I’m gunna start doing that. Good sleep definitely, I feel like I need a much better mattress though. Think that’s part of it. Yea, the beer’ll getcha that’s for sure lol
