Food! Different food can help me feel sharp, and keep me on track.

Bad food - Beer (obviously bad), Sugar, donuts, etc… will make me fell dull and forgetful.
- Is a GREAT one. I think I’m gunna start doing that. Good sleep definitely, I feel like I need a much better mattress though. Think that’s part of it. Yea, the beer’ll getcha that’s for sure lol
