I live in one of the Scandinavian countries. The leader of the “Red” party youth organisation had to step down last night for doing the standard “oh he got shot? How saaaad, what haaaappened?” social media reply.
She’s publicly called the print minister a terrorist, publicly said she’d join Hamas. Just a wagging finger from the public. But this? 30 minutes to step down or else. She wasn’t quick enough so the ultra socialist red party went all “or else” on her.
Goes to show his impact was global, and that in general people viewed him as a force for Good in a political landscape where all too often people refuse to talk it out in person
