Just saying “success” would be super broad, so I’m just limiting the conversation to professional success.
The success we all aim for – being a high performer? Lots of promotions and visibility? High earnings? Achieving true flexibility and low-stress?

I have a job I mostly enjoy, work with people I like, get paid enough to not worry about money all the time, and have flexibility to take care of things during work hours when needed.
I wouldn’t mind more money, but other than that I don’t think I can do better on the rest of it.
