Aside from the unfortunate name of “Virgin Punk” (which I think is a terrible name), this looks like a fairly standard anime about bounty hunters in a cyberpunk world. It could be fun.

I remember being recommended kite by someone who had only ever seen the non h version. I downloaded the h version without knowing and was, uh, lets just say surprised by the recommendation
