I disagree with things like the Civil Rights Act, which seem to be unConstitutional (against right to peaceably assemble), but I think a lot of racial integration and separation would have naturally occurred if things were allowed to go their own course
Naturally businesses would want to hire more capable minorities and women for example, thus leading to more and more of society “integrating”
But there would still be freedom for people to have their own “separate” niche organizations, like I’ve seen news stories about how some black communities have wanted “black-only” schools (which I think legislation like the Civil Rights Act criminalizes): https://www.dailysignal.com/2023/11/29/progressive-public-high-school-offers-race-segregated-classes/
So prior to the Civil Rights Act there may have been government-forced segregation, the CRA created government-forced integration, and I imagine eventually that will be scrapped and people will end up more freely associating or dissociating
