Thank you for this advice! It’s really reassuring. Surprisingly, I am actually ok with the IV administering the anesthesia, for some reason the mask never worked with me until they put the IV in lol.

I’ve actually done pretty well with phone calls lately lol. But I plan to bring it up to my doctor tomorrow.

I definitely plan to bring it up tomorrow. I think they’ll probably tell me to keep taking it since this is a type of medication that apparently I have to take consistently. But I think my mom will allow me to stop if I truly feel the need to.

I honestly don’t really know, I guess in college sometimes the people we recruit choose to stay overnight to do like team bonding stuff. I didn’t do that when I came in, I just had a few phone calls with my coach lol

My dad was actually the one that said he wanted to see my grades as a treat. It was Halloween at the time, so my guess is that he used that lol. My Mom is actually pretty honest with me, However, She does often use my dad to try and cover for herself (For example, she’ll say, “ Your dorm room was A mess last year, We couldn’t walk in the doorway. This year, your dad is coming down every weekend to clean it,” And, “ Your dad’s gonna be checking your grades every week, make sure you send them to him.” I don’t know if it’s anxiety, But my mom does have ADD and a tendency to lie sometimes. I can’t disagree with you, the coddling is beneficial when I truly need help with something (like driving) lol.

Exactly, I definitely prefer being in college and not being around them so often, it just makes things a bit easier not being nagged all the time lol
