I have several severe mental illnesses. So of course I’m in therapy. My therapist sends me up to psychiatric help who tells me my cannabis use is ok, but only as long as it is actually helping mental health. My therapist did not like that. She gave me literal DARE propaganda to review. My wife was luckily with me when this happened. The printout was dated back to 2002. I told her that all the information in that packet (several pages) was outdated, factually incorrect, and literally propaganda for the war on drugs. We never went back to her. I spent time without a therapist until I found one that is actually helping me and doesn’t judge me based on one of several medications for my mental health.

As someone who watches one piece, it’s intimidating but Pluto TV runs it constantly. The show has fillers and recap episodes spread around because the series started in the 90s. Just tune in whenever you have a half hour and watch for a bit. Get lost and without context, find excuses to watch it from the beginning.

I remember getting the soundtrack out of the files and playing it on media player on a continues loop. I remember cleopatra becoming my nemesis constantly, and most of all, I remember the auto workers. I miss those little guys.

Knew a guy like that. We finally convinced him to try horizon zero dawn after I already beat the game. So now it’s on new game plus extremely hard experienced players only pass this point please. He claims that’s how hard he wants it to be. So I let him get stomped on by sentient lawnmower. He complained it was too hard after that.

I have Doom dice. Heavy metal colored like bismuth. I role them when a player has truly fucked up. I gave my nephew my first set of Doom Dice. Black with red numbers made of again,heavy metal. It gives a satisfying thunk that plastic dice can’t provide.

My best friend was teaching me about bloodborne. He mentioned a guy was in a tower with a gun. So of course I assume it’s a sniper.

Nope. Minigun. We hid behind some cover while my friend laughed at my “oh shit” reaction.

And this is why my next character is gonna be Steve the fisherman. Been spear fishing his whole life. That’s it. That’s his backstory. He carries a spear.

Every single boss in my campaign is a leveled bard. I’m proving a point by minmaxing the shit out of them, but they are all legal characters. My players are gonna hate it when every boss reveal starts with a Broadway musical. My favorite is a bard with some druid spells, a speed potion, and a couple other secrets making his base speed 120. Add in tree stride, and the party will never know from what direction he will strike. High dex means high ac and a finesse weapon. Get in, strike, get out. Plenty of attacks of opportunity for the players, so it’s not completely cheesing. I could give him a ranged weapon but that tastes like cheese. I want the players to have an actual hard fight with a chance to win. All this, all of it, was because my wife asked me to make a bard boss and I ran with it.

I saw something similar once before in a webcomic called Goblins. It led to a maze with millions of parallel universe doppelgangers, all fighting to win the maze. I highly recommend the series, keep up the good work!

Basically it’s a joke about how Apollo provides prophecy’s. Most people don’t recognize their seemingly innocent joke as prophecy. Until it actually happens at which point it’s Apollo beaning you in the face with a dodgeball. The dodgeball came from a variation of the meme, and basically became the meme of a statue with a dodgeball. At least I think that’s how it all happened
