Just look at translators: during the past few years, most of their jobs just disappeared because AI can do their job just slightly worse than humans but costs much less. Some jobs are easier to replace than others but there certainly are examples of jobs that can be replaced by AI

4·3 months agoWell you can just buy VXUS instead of VOO, if talking about ETFs. But yeah, as you’ve mentioned, there are more financial instruments besides stocks too. If the US economic collapse were indeed to happen as per article, holding any non-US assets would have been better

6·3 months agoI guess nothing. Maybe the consumers could try to sue the US gov for tariff refunds for the goods purchased directly from Chinese and other platforms but I doubt they’d refund the costs “offloaded” by the domestic companies

Yeah certainly AI is not able to replace many jobs yet. I am not arguing with that, I am arguing that AI already can replace some jobs
