I was forced to get a new phone when my last one recently died, and I’m unable to restore my Sync Ultra subscription. I checked the Google play store and it’s active until August, but when I try to restore purchases on both of the accounts I use, Sync tells me that it can’t find the purchase. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve tried reaching out to the dev.

    Yeah based on the time since the last official update, I’m not hopeful that this will be resolved. Thanks for the reply. I’ll probably start looking around for other clients.

      Yeah it’s pretty upsetting I really liked Sync too. If it helps at all I recently switched to Voyager after trying a few apps. They are all pretty good but for me at least switching to Voyager seemed to be the easiest coming from Sync.
