Can we get a progress update
Yessir! Going to the gym with a routine plan almost 5 days a week. Swim on alternate days, with upper body, cardio and mix exercises during the other days. Didn’t think I’d start looking forward to spending time in the gym.
Hell yeah keep it up brother. Some of my health problems just melt away when I’m regular in the gym
