Last night/morning on call. Sitting in my truck over an hour from my house. It’s 2:30AM right now. But I made perogies for lunch! Not from scratch but fried in the pan.

What you call these dumplings by the way in Russian means “cakes” 😁

Those are perogies. A Polish dumpling of potato and cheese. I topped them with sour cream and bacon bits.
