Insert and include members, spies, bad actors into an organization. The goal of these characters is to just delay and disrupt … bog down the machine to slow everything down or even shut it down.

Cause endless bureaucracy, complications and difficulties for everything … get people to meet on everything no matter how small, debate everything on every detail, reassess constantly and just make everything as complicated as possible.

It wears actual supporters down over time, to the point of pushing people away and even inviting in more bad actors to make things even worse.
