As somebody who doesn’t use WhatsApp, I am unable to contact businesses which only have a WhatsApp number as their contact information.
As an American this is very shocking to me
On the flip side, I get shocked every time I meet an American tourist and they don’t have WhatsApp
Every time I travel, the phone numbers on taxis and restaurants and government signs are all whatsapp numbers. It’s incredibly pervasive.
