I don’t discredit what Metallica contributed to the metal genre. Hell, I was once a hardcore Metallica fan. But since their heyday, many much better bands have appeared. And with actually good drummers.

At some point I started running cold water on the knife before cutting and onion, and it seems to help. Does anyone know if there’s science behind this, or am I making shit up?
