A lot of details regarding day to day Chinese life is not available to the Western world. You may have trouble finding an answer that’s based on actual evidence, but people are very similar despite where they live and their motives will be comparable. I’ve moved across country twice so far and this is pretty spot on. The very beginning and very end of the trip is the only point that’s going to be potentially difficult, otherwise you should always be traveling on a major highway if possible.
The only thing I would add is to plan ahead and make sure you know exactly where you’re going to stop and rest for the night with that length of drive. You’re going to want to plan to get to your final destination in early evening when there is a good buffer of sunlight still around or in the early mid-morning so that you can get as early a start as possible on unpacking. Also make sure you have a lock for the back of the moving truck if you’re stopping anywhere overnight and park the truck somewhere you can see it from your hotel window.
I’ve always had issues with gaining weight. For most of my life I was 5’10"(178cm) and 135lb(61kg). The only thing that ever made a meaningful difference(as an adult) for me was protein powder. I could drink nothing but beer for every meal and not gain a pound, but whey protein powder in conjunction with weight lifting helped me put on about 15-20lbs(7-9kg).
I think 10 is a little young to be seriously worried about forcing weight gain though, especially if he’s already got a calorically full and balanced diet.

These phrases are almost exclusively speaking in regards to tourism’s negative effects on the local environment and population. Heavy tourism has a tendency to cannibalize an areas resources and then alienate or push out the native population.

They’re perfectly nice birds unless you’re a farmer, leave out trash, or conveniently have an open dryer vent for them to loudly nest in like I do.
For those that don’t know, they’re a common nuisance bird because they nest in enclosed cavities like tree trucks or the siding of your house or any open vents. If you’re from the US (At least the Midwest or East Coast, not sure about the western states) and have seen very large flocks of small black birds dancing in the air like schooling fish, behavior called murmations, those are Starlings.
European Starlings were introduced in the US about 100 years ago by a misguided fool in Manhattan. They are invasive, but absolutely everywhere around the US at this point and that’s definitely a European Starling fledgling.

It’s weird how true this is. Complex Analysis was a little weird conceptually sometimes, but it made sense once you wrap your head around the complex plane structure. Proofs in Real Analysis felt like they were basically just gibberish created to support the existing calculus.

I would be careful about telling people what they should look like. The societal pressures to look pretty is one thing, but ultimately it’s their body and if they want to put a bunch of makeup on that’s their right. Some people just do it because it’s fun afterall. You’d also be surprised the amount of product and effort goes into a “natural” look.
This has honestly always made me pretty sad. Celebrity photos I guess I understand since they have a financial incentive, but I miss when just a normal persons skin had texture and character. Our imperfections are what make us unique and there’s nothing wrong with simply being human.

It doesn’t cause panic, but I don’t back up my photos on my Google drive because I don’t want to and I don’t need to.
