People in combat also fall asleep after a few days. The body’s natural response to stress (caused by not sleeping or anything else) is to relax and one of the best ways to relax is sleep, and piss.

That site says I am stronger than 10-20% people (depending on lift) of my weight. I still don’t know how to interpret it.
I also feel more motivated and focused during maintenance. Maybe it is a sign that I need to be at maintenance? I don’t know. I am so confused
I am not sure how to judge my strength. I am not weak for sure.
I am making gains in weight and volume every week.
I am not very fit cardio wise. I can jog for 10 minute max.
