I think the lighter area in the upper right corner of the painting. I can kinda see it. It’d be over the girl’s left shoulder at about 2 o’clock.

Check out https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/ They have a ton of non led-lit keyboards. I’ve ordered a few from them and their pricing and service is excellent.

I’ve got 1322 communities blocked myself 😂. Still plenty of content to view using either the ‘all’ feed or my front page.
I also use filters a bunch, which helps with stuff like excessive posts about certain creeps in tech or getting spammed with quasi-duplicate posts across multiple communities that I otherwise want to see content from.
Got a few instances blocked as well - seems like Lemmy has a pretty good set of tools to customize content.

Friday the 13th in 3D. Saw it in the theater when I was apparently 12, with a whole junior high friend group IIRC. Don’t know what we or our parents were thinking, sure left an impression and a couple of night’s worth of bad dreams. The 3D effects were effective and pretty nasty.

We do Greenlight for this, which has a management app and a debit card. It’s not perfect, but it’s working well for our preteen son and is pretty flexible. We can add money when he completes chores and can partition what he can spend where. It works and he’s definitely gaining more of an understanding of how to manage his money.
Edit - Greenlight also gives you a qr code and payment link that (e.g.) his grandmother can use to pay him for mowing her yard, etc. No cash involved.
Fantastic pics!

Nah, I loved that movie. Great music and a lot of fun lines here and there. Definitely not an academy award contender, but still pretty fun.
Super cool image, thanks for sharing, kind of reminds me of Dore (not sure how to accent the e in his name from my phone) !
When I was maybe 5 or 6 my mom had hung a couple of “Cydney” clown prints in frames on the wall in my room. Feel free to look them up online for a whimsical taste of 60s-era coulrophobia fuel 😬.
Every time we went out of town to visit relatives the glass on one of them would be fogged over when we came back. It was creepy as shit and I would refuse to step foot into my room until my dad wiped the fog off the glass.
