People are saying “oh it’s just an upscale” but to me, an upscale should just make an image clearer, not change actual details like age, clothes, background etc. I mean, even the megaphone is changed. there are survivors who witnessed the actual scene that depicts this: this is not how they will remember it nor will document it.
