Everywhere else is just sleight pain that’s kind of enjoyable haha. My legs though are another story. Sitting down on the toilet is next level. I do want to keep going I love the routine and the mental wellness it brings me. I did start easy with walking and rowing, increasing the time as I went. With the body weight exercises I made it to half the sets and plan to build up as I go.

In general these are shipped with an NVMe and then the expansion slot is for a 2.5 inch sata sdd. So this has been modified at some point and the seller probably should have stated.

Oh now I’m worried about my order. Got an optiplex 7060 MFF on the way and ordered a sata 2.5inch SSD for expansion. Please be an NVMe!

Not a streaming service but JJ has a fair amount of variety and no ads. I also use Spotify, but it took a while for the algorythims to become decent.
