I beat the checkered deck on orange stakes when playing Balatro last week! :)

I’ve been working on beating Prometheus in Hades 2 with 32 Fear. I’ve already taken Chronos down at that difficulty multiple times but the surface route is absolutely brutal on me – I keep getting stuck at Strife.

I’m generally too busy trying to get my wife to take a nap, since she watches the toddler all day while I’m working and that kid can wear out anyone but when I get the chance, I do love a good nap.

My autistic toddler who hasn’t said ‘Dada’ in months said it while she was fighting sleep during a visit with my wife to her friend’s house. While I couldn’t be there to hear it, I still cried when my wife told me.

Mine is going pretty good. After a month in my new position at work I’m finally getting the credentials/access I need to actually get started onboarding. You might say a month is a long time to be doing nothing and getting paid for it, but I’ve been having a blast.
