Seems nuts to me but whatever. I personally didn’t even spend one year on campus though I can say the accommodations were fine for what my friends had.

It is very interesting too considering a ton of students I presume are still local. I wonder if there are carve outs for people who come from the area.

Somehow I have never heard of this place.

Seems a lot of initial blowback so I’d be surprised if it passes or even appears on the ballot.

While that’d be nice I just feel like most people are content with the same old. Heck, even myself I am happy enough the Millennium was demolished and we are getting a new hotel at all.

I honestly can’t recall the last time I was wowed by new architecture.

Even if it just starts as greenspace that is a big improvement. I think we have plenty down at the Banks but more can’t hurt. I assume one day a good portion of this will have some kind of structure on top of it.

Had the same experience. Remarked to the bartender it was so oddly quiet. I wonder if it’s different on different nights.
