Americans don’t learn about John Brown
Horseshit.
I learned about him in public school 40 years ago, and so have both my kids more recently. My 8th grade class visited Harper’s Ferry.
edit: It would be accurate enough if you qualified it saying “some Americans dont learn about Brown.” Trying to make it a sweeping generalization is horseshit, presumably aimed at being inflammatory.
A joint team from POSTECH (Pohang University of Science and Technology) and Jeonbuk National University has shown that mechanical waves can be fully trapped inside a single solid resonator. Many researchers thought this was “theoretically impossible” in compact systems. The work was published on April 3 in Physical Review Letters and focuses on bound states in the continuum, or BIC, where waves stay trapped and do not lose energy, even though, in a continuum, there are paths for them to escape.
Correct. They are ubiquitous in US airports.

This applies to so very many human endeavors.

edit: I hear you thinking “but for that same price I could buy two cheap Chinese import ebikes.” Yes, and they will both be collecting dust inside a year unless you fix them yourself.

Are you asking in good faith or just being a shitbird? You know what I dont care.
Different countries have different providers, use different radio frequencies, etc and thus have different hardware and so on. Phones made for a particular market might not function well (or at all) in another market. This has historically been a barrier to cross-border adoption, though it has gotten a bit better in recent years.
dust off? I use par2 every day.
