We had just moved from Portland to Denver, and were trying new restaurants. One Sunday we ordered delivery from a local Chinese place that had good reviews. Food came, we ate and all was good for a couple of hours.
Then my wife said "I think I’m gonna puke* and dashed for the bathroom. Being the good husband, I followed her to hold her hair while she worshipped the porcelain god.
She had barely got done emptying the content of her stomach, when I literally had to shove her out of the way to emoty mine.
We were both miserable for about 36 hours.

I’m old, so I’m betting the response may differ based on age. My wife and my teenage daughter both wait for me to open doors for them. When we are walking, I walk curb side. When there are automatic doors, I wait so they can enter first.
Conservatives typically win by promising what they will not do vs. what they will do. (At least the true conservatives do. Not all Republicans are conservative though)
This is so disappointing. I am a huge fan of Harebrained. Battletech is fantastic. I’m unsure why Lamplighters was unable to do what it needed to do.

I’ll take that as a compliment! I’ve had the same job since December 2001. My first marriage lasted over 20 years. My second is at 12 already. Three sons, one daughter, a wife who’s a career soldier, means we move a lot.
