I’ll admit I’m not opposed to permits as long as they are reasonable to get and inexpensive. For ccw I think basic competence with a firearm isn’t unreasonable.
Open carry, or any other purchase I don’t think it’s as reasonable but for ccw I do.
That said was to go LA.
For my Oregon application you have to give two references which I think is unreasonable.
Depends. I lock my Glock 40 caliber for most use cases. For concealed I have a Glock 9mm. I like the AR platform because it had stopping power, familiar with them from the army and ammo is reasonable.
For hunting I like my 30-06. The bulk of my rifles are 30-06 from when family members passed on. I have probably a dozen I need to do something with.

Dang, nice collection. On the real, what do you think about a pink gun?
Not my style but my daughter has one.
Nice
