What do the terms “self-care” and “well-being” mean to you? If you are feeling stressed and anxious, and maybe even depressed, then taking five minutes just to gain your composure before you start again will not be enough to attain either of those things, Capricorn.
You can’t do “just enough” to keep going. You need to find a way that is restorative, restful, empowering, and inspiring. Think about what you can do to feel better, and give yourself the time to find what you need to be your best.
