Homer is helping to supply a speakeasy while the Beer Baron is looking for him. Eventually the beer runs out and Homer is forced to run a still out of his basement, where it eventually explodes (of course) setting Homer on fire while a previously impressed Marge, intrigued by Homer’s inventiveness, watches on from the bedroom window.
The episode ends with one of my all-time favorite sayings: “To alcohol! The cause of, and solution to, all of life’s problems.”
