Position Overview: The Executive Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the executive team while independently managing a broad range of administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives. This role demands a dynamic individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all scheduling, travel coordination (including last-minute international travel), and meeting logistics.

Act as primary liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

Draft, edit, and proofread high-level communications, including legal documents and marketing materials.

Conduct thorough market research and present findings weekly.

Handle basic IT troubleshooting, light accounting, office management, and event planning.

Must be available after hours, on weekends, and holidays as needed.

Perform personal errands and tasks for executive staff as assigned (vehicle maintenance, grocery shopping, pet sitting, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree from a top 10 university; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 10–27 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates will be considered with exceptional references).

Demonstrated fluency in at least three languages.

Professional certifications in project management, accounting, and IT support (PMP, CPA, CompTIA+ preferred).

Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, and QuickBooks.

Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.

Must maintain a valid passport and be willing to relocate internationally at a moment’s notice.

Personal vehicle less than two years old required for business use (mileage not reimbursed).

Strong commitment to discretion, loyalty, and maintaining 24/7 availability.

Preferred Skills:

Background in law, medicine, or engineering.
