    Yes. It was the largest protest movement in US history and it did precisely nothing to stop police brutality.

      I think it did more than nothing but I wouldn’t consider it a full success. Many police departments reformed their policies and a lot of cops did quiet quitting which meant less policing for a while. But yeah those are small gains I’d say.

        If anything it did less than nothing. The police are more militarised than ever.

          Well, that was an ongoing process already. I think in the hypothetical where the protests never happened, we’d probably be even further along in that way.
