Most BT stuff I’ve used only needs pairing when you first buy it. Are you trying to use the same speaker with multiple hosts? There may be a special feature for speakers that can remember multiple pairings.
Ahh then apart from the Sony one I mentioned (which I wouldn’t recommend for the reasons I said) I still can’t really help because every other one I’ve owned needed to have the power on pressed.
Maybe look for speakers with standby as an advertising feature as I think that’s what Sony called it.
Sorry meant connecting, most I know only pair when you use the button then only connect to devices they’ve been confirmed via pairing previously
I don’t want to necessarily have to get up each time to connect my device

I want to pair it once and then always e able to connect without getting up
Then you need something wall powered.
Denon has a micro CD/Radio amplifier, that has Bluetooth built in.
You’ll need to get some speakers for it, Roth Audio Oli-RA1 should be perfect.

Standby, got it. Didn’t know the feature name or prefix/description for this
