Here is a capacitor (with lemon tea)
It is broken so I am gonna replace it
But there is a problem. The new I brought does not have short terminal as shown below.

As some cables use “short” terminal, maybe I should grind the terminal with sandpaper to fit the cables?

Can’t find anyone who stocks it or the more recent part numbers, even if they say they are still in production.
C is your common, H is the compressor, F is the fan
Do you now which wire went where when you disconnected it?
The new cap appears to say Fan on one side, use the lead that went to F on the old one. The lead from H should go to Herm, and C should go on the remaining cluster.
Not sure what you mean by short, but if can make them fit snuggly it should work.
never seen such a large capacitor, where is it used?
