    And the best part is that it’s just a bribe to existing producers. There’s no value-add to new fossil fuel infrastructure, because the cost of fuel has grown so high while the wind/solar additions are so cheap by comparison.

    We’re going to keep getting green energy purely because of the dictates of the market. But along the way, we’re going to make legacy fossil fuel firms a good chunk richer, to the benefit of absolutely nobody else.
