I had to change my entire diet two years ago - it was successful - due to a reaction to entire family of plant proteins. I didn’t develop a normal allergy at a certain point of life, but an entire metabolic syndrome which I dragged from birth. So it was either stop eating all of that immediately, or a graveyard. It took me three months to adapt and almost eight months to shake off all disturbances I had.

If you changed your diet how much time you needed to get in tune with it?

It is pretty similar. The origin of all Cyrillic languages is the old Bulgarian. When I was a trip to France we passed through one Serbian restaurant. I ordered in Bulgarian and they uderstood me. When they spoke to me I also understood them.

                  Сафта?

Not a bulgarian thing. Never heard of it.

                  It sounded more like

                  Една плескавица с картофи.

Btw, how do you learn other languages?

Aw you like hamburgers better. It was a steak in a sauce, I like that one with mashed potatoes. Сафта is Germanized form for sauce. I connect similar sounding words ( which can be super entertaining) and use apps like Dualingo to get an exact construction for various sentences, and some voice help to get a grasp of a language, movies or YouTube. I can understand to an extent a few languages and recently I started with Portuguese and Japanese. The first one is easier. Japanese howl a lot and written language is horror.
