Cooking @lemmy.world•[CHALLENGE] Cook's Nightmare #1 | you wanted stricter rules, you said?
5·1 day agoBreakfast:
- bagel, egg, cheese, chili sandwich
- chocolate pancakes
- strawberry on the side
That just leaves the tuna floss… Which I don’t have a lot of experience with but could probably be added to the eggs.

1·1 day agoFish floss, also known as fish flakes or dried fish, is a type of preserved fish product that has been gaining popularity worldwide. The manufacturing process of fish floss involves several steps, starting with the selection of fresh fish, which is then cleaned, scaled, and cut into small pieces. The fish pieces are then cooked in a large amount of water or steam to remove excess moisture and break down the proteins. This process helps to soften the fish and prepare it for the next steps.
After cooking, the fish is then mashed or ground into a fine paste, which is then dried using various methods such as sun drying, oven drying, or vacuum drying. The drying process removes excess moisture from the fish paste, making it crispy and fluffy. The resulting fish floss can be seasoned with various ingredients such as salt, sugar, and spices to enhance its flavor. The final product is a crispy, flavorful, and nutritious snack that can be enjoyed on its own or used as an ingredient in various recipes.

191·4 days agoProton drive’s docs are just starting to be good enough that I would recommend them, but they are far from feature parity with google’s. Just try to make a PDF of a word doc, copy cells that are used in equations to a different sheet, or create a presentation.
Tuta could be a real contender if they wanted to be.

This is not helping the marketing for it being a “next gen” and stealth aircraft.
I wonder if countries will use this as ammo to back out of F-35 orders

71·19 days agoLet’s not kid ourselves, most western nations have frequently been on the wrong side of history. Its no small part of where our wealth comes from.
But yes we should celebrate when they make a good choice and keep pushing them for better choices.
