I remember my 5th grade teacher talking to us about this about our desks. She said some people will have a messy desk but they know exactly where everything is.

I’m that person, always have been. It’s nice to be organized and neat, but neat is not mutually exclusive with organized.

But I still try to tidy things up when I think about it. But I always find that when I do that, that is when I have issues finding stuff.
