You basically have to cut Zelenskyy out because his stance is so irritatingly irrational.
I’m not sure what’s so irrational about wanting security guarantees? U do realise thst if there is no security garrantee (official treaty or NATO membership) then Russia will just keep invading and taking parts of Ukraine forever.
The west giving up pieces of allies countries cos its not effecting us is literally what we did at the start of ww2 where we just let hitler take what he wanted.
Go read a history book specifically about Neville Chamberlain and the irony when he said “Peace for our time”.
Security guarantees are not irrational as part of the greater negotiation process, but in the big picture Zelenskyy has been an uncompromising imbecile who has only dug the hole deeper & deeper for the Ukrainians.
They need someone who is read to negotiate their defeat, not someone who is still stubbornly clinging to this idea that they can just “trade” Kursk for everything back and peace.
The war has been lost, and we do not need the distraction of this actor putting on a show about how they will win in the end as he stands on top of a system that forcibly conscripts 25 year olds and sends them to die in the Donbass.
