    Are you looking to be able to try APKs in a sandbox?

    If yes then you could use something like VirtualBox to run an Android virtual machine and install any APKs you wish without any fear, but they wouldn’t be on your phone I guess.

      No, that is an a Linux emulator for Android, but what a nice idea.

          Basically the android platform is Linux, they just turned it around to be adjusted to smartphones.
