sometimes they know what they’re doing and I’m not sure there is much that can be done to stop them (besides living in less dense areas where this isn’t a common occurrance)
They definitely know what they’re doing, you even see some of them hop out of the line only to try to get back in further down the road. As you approach spaghetti junction during rush hour, there is always a lane that’s slower than others and people who think they’re more important than everyone else.
