      To be completely fair, the US DoD is absolutely full of useless contractor positions and various departments & subdepartments that do nothing.

      When I was in the Army I could even say that there were offices that did virtually nothing and were overstaffed. Not as common, of course, but this is a very real phenomenon in the government.

      They are all multi-millionaires. They have no reason to be Russian agents. They are already rich and powerful. The russian agent narrative is idiotic.
