It definitely helped me a lot more than I expected. I got diagnosed with depression about 2 months ago and made a point of leaving the house at least once a day, even if it’s just taking out the trash or going to get groceries. A walk around the block is even better, but I get that it’s difficult to actually do that every day. But having accomplished something, even if it’s just a tiny goal, made me feel better.
Glad you’re feeling better. I can’t quite say the same but I know it’s a process. So, after hearing that maybe I’ll try it out. Get some coffee somewhere outside of the house, walk. If you can do it then I can do it
My only other options are sitting and reading or sitting and watching TV. Just one of the benefits of living in the middle of nowhere
You always have the option to go for a walk, nature is quite beautiful in most non-urban places.
You make a good point. Maybe I’ll try that a little bit more often, we’ll see what happens

You got this man, feel free to hit me up if you want a stranger’s perspective on things :)
