I appreciate your intent to help other people, but without a descriptive title you’re gonna greatly limit how many people see this and can search for it later when they need help. I suggest renaming it with a descriptive title

EDIT
Their website says it’s suitable for fixed placement or rotation.

Oh maybe this is what you meant, quote from the website:
Directional setup of LEDs for additional power saving by not shining light over land where not required
10 years? Hahahahahaha, sure
I mean that makes sense because that’s kind of how it is in english too. “Star” makes you think of a star, but “bucks” at the end of the word doesn’t make you think of anything specific, it’s just a sound
Are you looking for an actual answer? From Wikipedia:
In April 2020, Harrelson made a post on Instagram promoting the conspiracy theory that claims a link between 5G networks and COVID-19, which was later deleted.[58] In May 2022, Harrelson said he “doesn’t believe in the germ theory” and found the use of face masks as a preventative measure against COVID-19 to be “absurd”, adding, “I’m sick of like, you’re wearing a mask, and you think it contains your breath—but if it did you’d die, you’d be breathing in your own carbon monoxide [sic].”
There’s a map that shows where every file on your disk is. Doing a regular trash just erases the map pointer for that file, but the 1s and 0s that the file is made of are still sitting there on your disk. Secure erase writes 0s into that area on the disk, so even if you knew where that file used to be located on the disk, now you’ll just find 0s there, instead of finding the 1s and 0s of the old file.
You must be using thick paperclips. All the ones I’ve used have all worked fine. Paperclips come in a wide range of thicknesses.
Agree totally. There’s no point in holding on to a special-purpose object that can have its function performed by other very common objects. The smart thing to do is throw it away immediately after the phone’s return window ends.
I haven’t mixed up anything. Smaller to bigger to smaller again is not a linear progression in size going always upward, which is what happens in games and in people’s misconceptions.
The title and the meme are correct. Many people think that evolution means a line of becoming bigger and physically stronger and having more powerful offensive capabilities and smarter and faster etc. But in reality evolution can just as easily mean becoming smaller, weaker, dumber, and slower
And it doesn’t have to take away from company profits, in fact it can add much MORE profit. Just make it so that all the individual uncut raw reels are freely available, but reassembled movies can only be uploaded and shown on the company’s streaming service. This’ll create a huge increase in viewer demand for the company’s properties, with basically zero cost to the owners.
This would only effect people who are using the roku service built into their tv, yes?
A global communities search that’s integrated into all lemmy software. Meaning like i would go to a communities search bar and type “politics” and it’ll show me all /politics communities on all instances, sorted by subscriber count.
And all communities should have a button right up at the front that’s labeled “see similar communities”, which would take you to that search result page.
EDIT
Apparently the search part of what i said already exists, but it’s hard to find and requires techie skills to make it function the way i described. So the feature should be made easier to find and should default to an all-instances search instead of a local server search. And a “see similar communities” button should be added to automatically get to it.
